With Telegram’s advanced privacy features, users have the ability to control who can see their location. However, there are still ways to see Telegram users who are close by, even if they have not shared their location with you.
One way to do this is to use the Telegram People Nearby feature. This feature allows users to see other Telegram users who are within a certain radius of their current location and with this feature turned on. To use this feature, open the Telegram app and tap on the “People Nearby” icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. You will then see a list of all the Telegram users who are nearby. You will be able to see their profile pictures, usernames, user bios, and their distance from you.
